Relationship therapy helps couples and families recognize internal templates shaping needs and the reciprocal patterns that sustain conflict or connection. Together we will help notice raw attachment needs, turn reactive cycles into repairable communication, renegotiate boundaries and roles, and build sustainable patterns of a secure and sustainable love.

Relationships

Group therapy offers a collaborative space where community itself becomes a healing force. You’ll practice communication, vulnerability, and conflict-resolution skills in real time while receiving supportive feedback from folks who share similar experiences. The group’s collective presence normalizes struggles, reduces isolation, and provides multiple perspectives. Group therapy brings to light that we are all struggling and can support each other to deepen and grow.

Groups

Individual therapy is an invitation to take up the pen in your own life—an intentional, compassionate practice of noticing patterns, naming truths, and revising the chapters that no longer serve you. In session you become both author and editor: exploring the influences that shaped early drafts, experimenting with new language and behaviors, and testing small revisions before committing to larger plot changes. I will listen without judgment and offers evidence-based tools, you gain clarity about motives, boundaries, and values, and build the skills to write more coherent, resilient scenes—so that over time your story feels truer to who you are and to who you’re becoming.
