How much will I pay?
$175- Individual Therapy
$80- Relationship Therapy
$50- Group Therapy
I offer limited sliding scale. If these rates feel inaccessible, please reach out. Even if I don’t have space, I might be able to refer you to a colleague who has openings!
You’re an associate? What does that mean?
In order to be a licensed therapist in California, everyone is required to have 3,000 hours under supervision. It’s kind of like an apprenticeship!
This means that if I run into challenges in our work—I might talk about it, while preserving you privacy, with my supervisor. My supervsior, Corrie Varga, has over a decade of experience!
Why don’t you take insurance?
I’m hoping to start taking insurance when I’m licensed!
If you’re interested in working with me once I take insurance, please fill out the following form.
What COVID precautions do you offer?
I offer virtual therapy on a secure Zoom platform.
If you’re interested in having in-person therapy, I offer the options to mask during our sessions or take a rapid test before coming into the office for unmasked sessions.
Whenever either of us are sick, we would switch to virtual therapy or cancel that session.

What modalities do you use?
In all of my therapy work, I approach our work from an attachment-based systems-informed lens. Our attachments and relationships have the potential to harm and heal us. And the systems we are a part of— from capitalism to our family system—influence our day-to-day stress levels and how we see the world.
I approach therapy from a racial justice, abolitionist, and harm-reduction framework.
Additionally, I am trained in the following modalities: psychodynamic, DBT, IFS, play, therapeutic art making, multicultural, and relational. I am an integrative therapist which means that I will tailor my approach to what works for you! For more in-depth information, please check out my Psychology Today profile.
