So much of healing these days involves talking. Processing through art has been one of the most healing forces in my life, and I want to invite you to slow down and create together. Zero skill level required, because it’s not about the product, it’s about the process.

Therapeutic Play Circle (Ages 16+)
It is often so hard for us as adults to play. Give the gift of play to your inner child and join us once a month in creating some damn joy. In a world of packed calendars, non-stop meetings, and watching horrors unfold on tiny screens, play often lives on the back-burner of “one day if I had time”. Play is a safe way to experiment with change, uncertainty, and building community. If you’re finding yourself struggling with rigid thinking, destructive stuck patterns around behaviors or substance use, or fear of vulnerability- join us and try on play. We will all leap together.

NeuroQueer Support Group
Both neurodivergence and queerness expand the world of possibilities. When these identities are combined, through the heartbreak there is potential for joy and transforming our sense of ourselves and the world. Join this support group to build intentional community. Building community is how, I believe, we all find healing. It is a space to practice advocating for your access needs, taking relationship risks, and connecting to others, within a safe container.
Open to anyone in California. Ages 16+, will meet virtually.
